At Musick Equestrian, we understand that life happens. However, out of respect for our trainers and other riders, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the full lesson fee will be charged. No-call/no-shows will be counted as a missed lesson and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. In case of emergencies or extreme weather, please contact us directly as exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to a respectful riding environment.
